Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has assured Kashmiri leadership that trade will be promoted with India after taking all the stake holders on board. He stated this while talking to AJK former Prime Minister Barrister Sultan Mehmood who called on him here on Tuesday.
Barrister Sultan appreciated steps taken by PM for resolving all the issues through dialogue and raising Kashmir issue in an effective manner during his meeting with his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh.
Gilani said PPP led government was committed to continue efforts for resolution of Kashmir issue. ?We want Kashmir issue is addressed peacefully as per will of people of the Kashmir through talks with India.
Peace will remain eluded in the region without resolving Kashmir issue. Pakistan stands by its principled stance and no change has been made therein?, he stated.
Barrister Sultan Mehmood apprised PM of political situation of AJK.
